I need some good, tasty and easy-to-cook pure veg recipes for my lunch box. Fed up of regular lunch of roti and sabzi.

1. Rajma or chole rice
2.Paratha. You can make your version with aloo or paneer or vevetables
3. Dosa. Green moong Dosa since its healthier tastier & batter preparing time is less
4. Pav bhaji.. it's actually easy to make. Put Roughly chopped veggies in cooker. Smash them & cook in masala.
5. Try a big bowl of sprouts salad. Add dry fruits & seeds so it's filling.
6. Try making a veggie roll. It's still roti & sabzi but with sauces & cheese it's a lot tastier.
