After my second delivery a year back, my skin has completely changed and i feel like i look very dusky because of oily skin. Near my mouth and in forehead more darkness has occured. I am a working woman so do not have time on weekdays. Can anyone suggest any remedie to get my skin shine and colour tone back.
It is important to eat and sleep well apart from taking care of your skin externally. Drink carrot apple juice, if you don't have time then take multivitamin supplements , drink plenty of water and get good amount of sound sleep. If you feel your skin is oily then apply besan, pinch of turmeric and milk in your face ,atleast over the weekends. You can feel the difference.
