When you start Yoga , the pranayama cleanse your air passages , regulate the breath and we control the speed of our breathing . When we retain the breath in Kumbhaka the mind is still, which leads us to peace. The Asanas work beautifully to align the body posture , the spine is worked upon consciously and slowly for maximum benefit. Each Yoga session is an experience , where you know yourself more. The meditation gives you a calmness and we discipline ourselves to train our mind to be devoid of thoughts and be one with the divine . The universal sound OM is what we symbolise.
