Many a times when you do weight training, you may not see a change in weight. That is because on one hand fat it's getting burnt in the body but new muscle fibres are also forming. The weight thus doesn't seem to decrease. Please note that the body composition is probably changing for the better, which is far more important than just weight. 

Please keep a track of inch loss. That's the real test.
